Terms and Conditions

1. About these terms

These terms apply to the website www.jaime-dennis.com and to the somatic and integration sessions I offer. By booking or paying for a session, you agree to them. If anything is unclear, please ask before booking.

2. What this work is, and isn't

I offer supportive, body-based somatic coaching and integration support.

  • It isn't psychotherapy, counselling, or medical or psychiatric treatment, and it doesn't replace them.

  • It isn't a crisis service. If you're in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line.

  • Please tell me about any physical or mental health conditions, or medication, that might be relevant, and keep following any advice from your doctor or other professionals.

  • If I feel this work isn't right for your needs at any point, I'll tell you honestly and, where I can, suggest other support.

3. The free chat

The free introductory chat is offered once per person. It lasts around 20 minutes and is a conversation, not a session.

4. Fees and payment

  • Fees are shown on the website and confirmed before you book.

  • Online and UK clients pay in pounds (£). In-person clients in Malta pay in euros (€).

  • A session is confirmed once payment is received. If payment isn't received within the time agreed, the slot may be released.

5. Packages

  • A package of [12] sessions must be used within [6 months] of purchase.

  • Package sessions follow the same cancellation terms as single sessions (see section 6). A late-cancelled or missed session counts as used.

  • If you'd like to stop a package early, I'll refund the unused sessions, less the sessions already used, charged at the single-session rate.

6. Cancelling and rescheduling

  • You can cancel or reschedule free of charge with at least [48] hours' notice, by email, WhatsApp, or the link in your booking confirmation.

  • With less than [48] hours' notice, or if a session is missed, the full fee is charged, except in genuine emergencies, which I'll always consider fairly.

  • If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.

  • If I have to cancel because of illness or an emergency, you can choose a priority reschedule or a full refund.

7. Your right to cancel

If you book online, you may have a legal right to cancel before 48 hours of booking and receive a refund. If you ask for a session to take place within those 48 hours, you'll pay for any session already delivered. This doesn't affect your other legal rights.

8. Sessions

  • Online sessions take place by video call. Please make sure you have a stable connection and a private space where you won't be interrupted.

  • In-person sessions take place in Żebbuġ, Gozo, Malta and London, United Kingdom. The exact location is shared when your booking is confirmed.

  • Please don't record sessions without our mutual agreement.

9. Substances

  • Integration support covers only experiences you've already had. I don't provide, source, administer, or advise on any substances, and I don't run ceremonies.

  • Please come to sessions free from the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. If you arrive under the influence, the session will be stopped and the fee won't be refunded. This doesn't apply to prescribed medication taken as directed.

10. Confidentiality

What you share in sessions stays confidential. The only exceptions are if I believe you or someone else is at serious risk of harm, or if the law requires me to share information. Wherever possible, I'll talk to you first.

With your consent, I may discuss your sessions anonymously in professional supervision, which is standard good practice.

11. Your information

How I collect, store and use your information, including any HRV readings, is explained in my Privacy Policy. HRV readings are used only to support your sessions and are never shared without your consent.

12. Responsibility and liability

I'll always work with care and within my training. You remain responsible for the choices you make about your own health and wellbeing, including seeking medical or psychological help when you need it.

My total liability to you is limited to the fees you've paid for the relevant sessions. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't legally be limited.

13. Website content

The text and content on this website belong to me and may not be copied without permission.

​

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. If you live in another country, you keep any protections the laws of that country give you, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
