After the initial consultation, you complete a 5-day Heart Rate Variability (HRV) tracking phase using a clinical-grade biometric band to gather hard data on your nervous system in its natural habitat.

We analyse your objective data to pinpoint exactly where your autonomic nervous system is physically locked in "survival mode" versus "recovery mode."

03 | The Regulation
We apply targeted, real-time somatic interventions to physically discharge stored stress, optimize your vagal tone, and restore cognitive flexibility.

“I’ve worked in environments where people don’t get the luxury of ‘burnout.’"
During a 26-year military career, I operated at the limits of human performance, as a Regimental Sergeant Major and later advising at the Ministry of Defence.
I didn’t just witness stress. I was responsible for keeping people functional under it.
For my actions under pressure, I was awarded the Conspicuous Gallantry Cross. My citation reads: “His personal actions steadied all those around him.”
I’ve seen what happens when people hold under pressure, and when they don’t.
Later, as a CEO and Business Consultant, I saw the same patterns in the boardroom.
Different environment. Same underlying response.
High-level stress isn’t a mindset failure. It’s a physiological state.
Today, the same ability, to steady people under pressure, is the foundation of my work.

My work is calm, structured, and clinically grounded. I don’t push for forced breakthroughs or overwhelm the process. We slow things down and work with what’s actually happening in real-time, allowing your nervous system to settle safely. Over time, this helps you restore your operational capacity, making you less reactive and clearer about the biological patterns driving your behavior.
